Deutsche Bank reduces its cost and improves the effectiveness of its operative processes through Interlem

The choice to move some activities realted to the documents management of the supplier accounting to the service center placed in India, imposed to Deutsche Bank to gear itself with an informatic solution apt to guide and ease this process.

Interlem identified an end to end solution for the management of the volume of documents produced by Deutsche Bank during the relationshp management with the suppliers for the processes of procurement. The solution allows to:

• Import the accounting documents from an external solution provider
• Archive the electronic documents in a chosen repository
• Manage accounting registration through a bar ode system
• Join automatically the document to the related accounting invoice
• Check the function and performance of the archiviation process
