Deutsche Bank Consortium felt the urtgency to improve the control on its own level of service. Dashboards were requested in order to have a quick and simple way to.share data with the headquarters and the single unit.

Interlem developed an end to end solution for monitoring and analysing the discrepancies of more than 70 service performance indicator (SPI) related to:
