It operates fifteen production centres in the EMEA region, where a wide range of technical plastic components and components are manufactured for the automotive and household appliance industries.
Towards an increasingly intelligent enterprise with SAP S/4HANA
Integrated system, digitized processes and real-time data analysis
The growth of the SOAG Group, both in terms of size and complexity and the willingness of the management to enable the digital transformation of the group has led to the decision to innovate its management information system, migrating the current system to SAP S/4HANA.
A critical factor of SOAG was the fragmentation of systems which had several undesirable effects that did not allow them to benefit from group synergies.
This complicated the management and analysis of the aggregated data, an essential asset to be able to comply with the times imposed by the reference market.
The project, carried out by Interlem, was to convert an installation SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 3 into an installation SAP S/4HANA 1909 and then to centralize in a single installation the different subsidiaries of the group.
